Welcome to Pritty Positive website (the "Site"). Please read the below terms carefully, because your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not access or use the Site. That Paper Shop, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, reserves the right to make changes to the Site and to these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time, because by visiting the Site, you agree to accept any such changes.

This Privacy Policy applies to PrittyPositive.com, any, application, feature, widget or other online service that is owned or controlled by That Paper Shop (DBA Pritty Positive), that posts a link to this Privacy Policy and by That Paper Shop (DBA Pritty Positive) offline.

By accessing, using, or otherwise interacting with any part of our business, or by otherwise providing personal information to , That Paper Shop, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy and the applicable Terms of Use which govern your use of any part of our business . IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY AND THE APPLICABLE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO US THROUGH ANY CHANNEL.

Our Channels are intended for a general audience and are not intended for use by or targeted to children younger than the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children younger than the age of 18. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child younger than age 18 and believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please contact us using ordersupport@thatpapershop.com.

We collect information from you directly, automatically when you visit ThatPaperShop.com, and from third parties.  Some of this information may be considered “personal information” under various applicable laws.  We consider information that identifies you as a specific, identified individual (such as your name, phone number, and e-mail address) to be personal information. We will also treat additional information, including IP addresses and cookie identifiers, as “personal information” where required by applicable law. Some of the personal information we collect includes first and last name, email addresses, postal addresses, and telephone numbers. We may also collect other information about you, such as payment card data or other payment information, information about your purchases and other transactions with us, demographic information (e.g., your gender, ZIP code/postal code, or similar information), information about the device you are using to access ThatPaperShop.com, and information about your preferences and interests. We may also offer features through which you may choose to provide us with biometric identifiers (for example, imaging used to help us design better fitting clothing).

We may take your personal information and de-identify it so as to make it non-personally identifiable, either by combining it with information about other individuals and/or by hashing the information or otherwise removing characteristics that make the information personally identifiable directly to you. We will treat de-identified information as non-personal to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

Consignment Collection

Items in the consignment collection are specified as new or pre-owned. All items are deeply discounted. They are final sale items and cannot be returned. Please read all descriptions and sizing information carefully.

Loyalty Program (updated 4/28/2022)

"Pritty Points" rewards program began 4/28/2022. Sign up to receive 1 point for every $1 you spend. Points are calculated based on the total after discounts have been applied. Points earned on returned items are forfeited upon item's return. Points are redeemable 24 to 48 hours after order fulfillment. You may check your points and rewards balance in your member profile at any time. You will receive 10 points for initial sign-up and you are allowed to sign up only once. Multiple sign-ups by one member is NOT allowed. Members cannot combine points from multiple accounts. Points may be used on regular-priced and sale items. How Reward Discounts are applied: Rewards are applied  to the lowest priced item in order ONLY.  Please contact us (Pritty Positive) at ordersupport@thatpapershop.com with additional questions regarding point structure and redemption.

Site Membership and Rules

To become a website member you must provide a valid email address that belongs to you. You may lose your membership and be blocked from the site if it is found that you are providing email addresses that are not valid or are not your own. When you become a member, you agree to receive the monthly FREE newsletter and no more than 3 promotional emails per month. You may opt out at any time by submitting a request to ordersupport@thatpapershop.com. The request to unsubscribe must come from the email address that you wish to unsubscribe. Each member is allowed to sign up ONLY once. Multiple sign-ups will be viewed as spam and you may be blocked from the site if you are found in violation of this rule. To maintain membership you agree to refrain from using vulgar language or photos in your member area or toward fellow members. We (That Paper Shop) will deem what is considered vulgar or offensive. You may be permanently banned from the member area and site if you are found in violation of this rule.

To Unsubscribe From Emails / Promotional Correspondence

Click the "unsubscribe" icon located  in the footer of any page of this site. Enter the email address you wish to unsubscribe into the body of the email. This email must be sent from the email address you wish to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, this time frame may be longer if your request is made on a holiday or non-business day.

Return Policy (Updated 4/18/22):  We hope you love your self-care gifts for friends and skincare goodies, but in case you dont:

(No returns accepted after 30 Days from the time your order is received by you, NO EXCEPTIONS)

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been opened, opened means the protective seal has been broken.

  • Items that have been used or damaged

  • Any item that is past its expiration date

    • Exception: The item was past its expiration date when received by you, in this case you may return the item for an applicable refund or exchange it for the same item that is within its expiration period. Shipping cost will be covered by That Paper Shop (DBA Prittypositive), expedited shipping is not available in these instances.

Returning by Mail


Click Here to begin the return process. Fill in all the required fields and a return label will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

  • Complete the steps to return your selected items

  • Print the return label

  • Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition, and include your printed return invoice

  • Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown

  • Once your package is ready to be shipped, give it to your local USPS (U.S. Postal Service) carrier or drop it off at the nearest USPS location


OPTION 2: Return the package on your own

  • Pack up your item(s).

  • Select a carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Pay the return postage at the time of shipping.

  • Ship to the address on label of the package you received.

Once your package is received, a refund will be credited based on our return practice guidelines. If using our prepaid return label, shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed.

Please note: If you return items on your own without using the link above, it will likely result in an extremely delayed refund. For the fastest refund, we recommend completing the return process using the link above.

Please note: if returns from separate orders are shipped with one return label, it may take an additional 2-3 weeks for return credit processing as they need to be reviewed separately. For the fastest return process, we recommend shipping each return with the label corresponding to that specific order.

Shipping Policy:  (Updated 02/24/2022) PRITTYPOSITIVE.COM can ship orders to all locations within the United States and Puerto Rico. Our U.S. shipping and handling options include Economy, Standard, and Next Day Business. Shipping costs are calculated based on a combination of product weight and speed of shipping. As you add more items to your cart and or choose a faster shipping method you may see your shipping costs increase. Once the weight of the items you order surpass the threshold of the current shipping method you will advance to the next available option.  To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 3 PM EST on a business day. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. The safety of our associates and customers is our top priority. As a result, there may be shipping delays.

Ground (4 to 7 business days)

To be eligible for free ground shipping, the final order amount must be $100* or more




  • *Some items ship for free without reaching the $100 threshold, this is reflected when the item is

  • *Qualifying amount must be met AFTER any promotion or discount is applied


Packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement

Additional charges apply if:

  • You choose another shipping option (Next Day Business Shipping)

  • You are shipping to: Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico addresses

Priority (2 to 3 business days)
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via priority delivery typically arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Priority Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses.




Next Day Business Shipping

  • Orders placed by 3 P.M. EST Monday-Friday, will be delivered next business day

  • Orders placed AFTER 3 P.M. EST Monday-Friday, will arrive on the second business day (business day refers to Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will begin processing on the next operational business day.

  • Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and certain remote locations

  • Not guarantee for P.O. Boxes. Your order may be sent via USPS Express service/UPS/FEDEX


ALL SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ARE ESTIMATES. ETA is determined by the carrier once the package is in their possession.







Order Cancellation: You may contact us via email at ordersupport@thatpapershop.com, immediately after submitting your order and we will make every effort to cancel it. When we designed our business processes and systems our goal was to save you time by quickly processing your order. Therefore, our window of time for cancellation is very short.  Partial cancellations are not permitted. If you choose to cancel your order , the entire order will be cancelled and you may place a new one. If your order has shipped we are unable to cancel it. Once you receive your order you may begin the return process.


Why wasn't I charged sales tax on my purchase?
Pritty Positive is based in the state of North Carolina. We do not have an actual physical presence in any other state, and therefore have no need to charge sales tax to residents of states other than North Carolina.

New Subscriber Promotion

The new subscriber promo applies to full priced and sale items. Some items are excluded and the discount will NOT be applied to these items during checkout.

Promo Codes

  • Only 1 promo code per order may be used.

  • "NEW" promo code restrictions: subtotal (before applicable taxes)must be $25 to use promo. Not all items are eligible for this promotion.

  • Promotion valid for 1 use per customer.



Refund Policy

You'll have 10 days from the order date to request a refund as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition. Items with an expiration date have special return conditions (see return policy). While we cannot accommodate every refund and  return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

Replacement Items

If items in your order are damaged in transit, you may request a replacement by contacting us at ordersupport@thatpapershop.com Please include your order number and item(s) details. Photos may be requested to survey the extent of the damage and make necessary changes to shipping procedures to avoid future incidents. Replacement requests are handled on a case by case basis, not all outcomes will be the same.


Communications Policy

When you contact us via email, you agree to receive a response via email. Your email address will be used for the sole purpose of communication. When you contact us via our phone number, you agree to receive a verbal phone call or text message response. Simple matters that do not require a conversation may be responded to via text message. We will never share your contact information with 3rd parties for the purpose of promotion. You may opt out of communications with That Paper Shop DBA Pritty Positive at any time by submitting your request here. Please allow 24 to 48 hours (during our business hours) for your request to be processed.

Orders placed outside of our business hours (9am – 6pm M – F, 10am – 6pm Sat - Sun) are processed the following applicable day, unless it’s a holiday, therefore they will be processed the next business day. *The information in the table above is an estimation, there are times when your order may ship earlier or later than specified. You will be notified via email the day your order ships and provided with tracking information.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Sezzle

Sezzle: A minimum order of $35 is required to use Sezzle, this is their requirement and we adhere to it. Orders under $35 will not be approved. Final order approval is in whole the decision of Sezzle.

We do not, under any circumstances accept the following payment methods: CashApp, Venmo, Zelle. We will never request  payments in this format. We will never conduct financial transactions outside of our website. Any such requests originating via email or social media platforms should be regarded as fraudulent and reported to the proper authorities.
